LWDA is extremely flexible it its offerings. Not only do we host a very unique, mobile program, but also a customizable set of facets that meets the needs of groups and individuals where they are, in establishing and accomplishing their goals. Our motto is: "If you can walk, you can dance.©" that simply means, that if each individual takes the time to listen to and use the tools that they were born with, they would realize that everything they need to accomplish a movement phrase, a goal, a dream, or an aspiration, has been right within themselves all along. When LWDA works with groups of people who do not come from dance backgrounds, but wish to apply Dance principals to their workplace, or enhance their lifestyle in an effort to brighten the mind-scope of the work they are doing, or daily routine, the only outcome is positive. In these business and daily life settings, LWDA does the following during each class, AND for each business we come into contact with, to instill Business Synergy and improve Quality of Life:

• Help Participants Improve Fitness.

• Help Participants Become Knowledgeable of Dance Technique in One or More Styles.

• Help Participants Compile a Concise Plan for Weight Management.

• Help Participants Become Knowledgeable of Body Conditioning Methods.

• Help Participants Obtain An Arsenal of Choreographic Learning.

• Help Participants Gain Invaluable Nutrition Education and Improvement.

• Determine how to properly fuse I.A.E. knowledge and facets with workplace and daily activities to create each Student's own on-going Cross-Disciplinary Application of Dance and workplace tasks. Further solidifying concepts learned, and strengthening technique.

• Establish goals, both short term and long term for how adding movement exploration can aid and assist with problem solving throughout various departments, and increase productivity.

• Determine how to properly fuse workplace terminology with Dance terminology to create and accomplish the individual's or business's own Cross-Disciplinary Application of Dance and workplace procedures.

• Work out fun times throughout the year to showcase different expressions of facets learned to family members, friends, co-workers, supervisors and management, community members, and support systems.
