LWDA has been clearing the dust from the previous year of slow-going operations, due to the global pandemic situation. However, we look forward to serving families in our new home, the Las Vegas Valley. With the turning of the tide, it seems that LWDA may be on track to re-open its programming doors on schedule of the tentative start date of January 2022! We will keep everyone updated as developments unfold.
With this exciting news, is the unveiling of a never-before-seen Dance Discipline, created within the LWDA walls: Urbanity. Formerly, our program offered students the general Dance Discipline of Hip Hop. Our program now offers Urbanity by LWDA! This Dance Discipline is an all new, skilled, vibrant, up-beat fun urban Dance expression guided by the principles of: suavity, courteousness, and refinement of manner. Utilizing the urban experience, this movement is lively but keeps the facets of modesty.

One of the primary facets of our curriculum and programming is Innovative Arts Education. The key word here is innovative.
